How can I contact you?

Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment, we ship within North America only.


Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our home workshop on beautiful Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.


Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly, but you may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time may be denied. If your order has already shipped, you can return it for a full refund once received.


What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) as well as PayPal.


When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped directly from our workshop. Please allow extra time during holidays or sale seasons.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (no weekends).

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days from order date.

  • Orders ship the day after processing.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically 2–8 business days after your order has shipped. During busy times or for made-to-order designs, processing may take longer.


What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs & taxes?
Prices on our site are tax-free. However, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once your package reaches its destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for customs-related delays. For details, please contact your local customs office.


How do I return an item?

What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive merchandise that is missing, incorrect, or defective, contact us right away. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any related details. We’ll work quickly to make things right and ensure you’re happy with your purchase.


When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment.

  • Credit/debit card refunds are sent to the issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive your return or cancellation request.

  • Please contact your bank or card provider for details on when the credit will appear.

If you haven’t seen your refund yet:

  1. Contact your bank/credit card company.

  2. Allow extra time for posting, as it may take a few business days to appear.
